If you have already submitted your Interlibrary Loan request and it displays in your ILLiad account with a status of "Request Sent" or "In Process" you will need to contact the Interlibrary Loan Department to cancel your request.

When you are logged into ILLiad, on the left-hand menu bar you will find the section header "Tools." Under "Tools" there is a "Contact Us" link (also available below).

This will take you to an online form where you can enter your information and then write a note to the Interlibrary Loan Staff letting them know which request you would like to cancel. Please use the item title and include the transaction number, which appears on the far left of your "In Process" transactions.

You will receive confirmation that your request has been cancelled via email.
