The Library archives all graduate theses in our SUNY Digital Repository (DSpace), a platform that allows anyone (not just New Paltz students, faculty, and staff) to discover PDFs of student theses - either by searching the database directly, or even just running a Google search for the author name and topic.
Deadlines for thesis submission typically fall in the last couple weeks of the semester.
Specific dates, formatting requirements, and release forms (which do require signatures from one or more members of your committee, depending on whether you are an MA / MS or MFA graduate) are on our Thesis Submission Policy Page.
Please note that there are slightly different procedures for MFA students than for all MA & MS students.
