Your first option is to recall the book. There will be no renewals on this book and you will be notified as soon as it is returned. In order to recall it, you can choose "Recall Item" under "Get It" in the catalog record.
Make sure you are signed into your New Paltz account for full access.
When you select "Recall Item" make sure to answer the following question prompts such as "no longer needed after." Note: you can only place a hold on materials that are checked out.
