Some Interlibrary Loan (ILL) materials like journal articles may be received electronically within 24 hours. Most books can be obtained within 72 hours from a consortium of libraries in NYS. Books and other materials not held within the consortium may take longer. So if you need to Interlibrary loan a book for your research, it is best to plan accordingly and request it a couple weeks ahead of time before your project is due.
