The DSpace release form is fillable and it is possible to sign it digitally using only free software: Adobe Reader (PC) or Preview (Mac). This how-to provides useful step by step instructions.
If this is not working for you or one of your committee members, the form can always be printed, signed, and then re-scanned using a free scanning app on your phone if you don't have a scanner (we recommend CamScanner).
It's ok if it looks a bit messy - as long as we can read it we're happy!
If you are still having trouble, please feel free to email Madeline Veitch, one of the DSpace administrators.
