Watching Kanopy films on a mobile device like your phone or tablet can be done, but there are a few steps you need to take to get there.
1. Download the Kanopy app (you can't use the links in Kanopy through a web browser on your phone, you need the app).
2. Open the app and click "reset password" under the login area. You will receive an email that allows you to reset your password. Once you have reset the password via the link in your email (make sure to copy your new password), open the Kanopy app again and use that new password to log in.
3. You should see the SUNY New Paltz collection of Kanopy films come up.
If this is not working, please reach out to a librarian here. If you are having issues with the app related to accessibility, you can reach out to the library's accessibility coordinator here.
