If you are interested in face-to-face research assistance, you can visit the Information Desk, located on the Main Floor of the library. During the Fall and Spring semesters, the Information Desk is staffed by librarians 9am-9pm Monday-Thursday, 9am-5pm Friday, and 1pm-5pm on weekends. If you would like a one-on-one meeting with a librarian, you can request a research consultation online.
If you prefer virtual interactions, you can email, text, or even tweet your questions to the library. The number to text the library is (845) 262-2011. You can Tweet the library your questions to @stl_updates
You can also use our Ask A Librarian service to get a quick response to your research questions. A librarian at the reference desk will help you as soon as possible. We look forward to hearing from you!
Need help late at night or on the weekends? Then the Ask US 24/7 chat service is for you. Librarians from all over the country are available at any time to answer your questions.
